In the previous release comments I was joking at Murica, but this time the Fairy Dust folks took a stab at old Urop.

Based on a Yui Toshiki story with the same name, you can expect the sexy weirdness associated with the early works of the artist (see Wingding Orgy, Misty Girl or Hot Tails for what was translated into english). Our unnamed heroine will meet, among other things, a Sun Doll taxi driver, flying fishes, a talking upside-down mushroom, and greedy french frogs. The place is called “Europe”, but it looks more like what Europe has become after the migrant invasion cultural enrichment the continent is currently dealing with, a sort of dark middle-age place.

This episode and the next two were part of the “Mangaka Best Hit” series, being made by famous mangaka of the time. It had probably an ambitious lineup of episodes to come, but an event basically destroyed all those ambitions. On 23th of July 1989, a few months before the episodes releases, Miyazaki Tsutomu was arrested after having kidnapped, mutilated and killed several little girls. The so-called “Otaku Murderer” case (together with the economic bubble burst) triggered a backslash campaign against all “immoral” contents on anime, manga and games (being labeled adult of not). To avoid being targeted directly, the 3 episodes were cut in the initial release, all explicit sex scenes removed and the videos released as ‘general public’. Only 6 months later the ‘adult-only’ uncut episodes (but censored) were released. It is highly probable the expected sequel of Astalot was canceled for the same reason, and in general the lack of adult anime production between 1990 and 1994. But this is history now, just enjoy what has survived this dark period and happy fapping perverts :p

It’s music time again fellow perverts. Maybe something to play under the chimney after the coming of Santa Claus, this LP was never re-released on digital format. The album published in 1985 was meant to be an informal soundtrack for episodes 4 (Pop Chaser) and 5 (Ami Again), with 14 BGM tracks and 2 songs.

When you look into the detailed breakdown of the tracks, 7 BGM tracks and the two songs were actually used in episodes 4 and/or 5, 4 tracks were used in other episodes, 3 tracks were not used at all but those are only variations of the two songs so it’s not really a miss. Only 3 BGM tracks are found also in the OST Compilation CD (with different titles), so there is a lot of new music to enjoy!

About the artists involved, composer is Makaino Kouji who has been involved in a lot of jpop songs, anime soundtracks like Versailles no Bara or the Pierrot magical girl series. The female singer is totally unknown outside of an EP with the exact same songs, it this a cover name for Ami’s seiyuu aka Oikawa Hitomi? We will probably never know.

About the (lack of) progress on our fansubbing activity, we are still looking for a motivated translator for the episodes 28+ subbing, please join our IRC channel if you are interested! Sooner or later we will make a batch #3 release with a few updates, stay tuned and enjoy the coming new year!

Long shutdown No4 has lasted enough, it's about time that the #lamonae@irc.rizon.net crew stick out their fingers out of dark places.

After 3 years of relentless work on animated smut, Fairy Dust decided to celebrate with a sort of compilation episode. A yellow hair girl called Mia (Ami in reverse, got it?) serves as our cute guide through the highlights.

It includes scenes from episodes 1 to 16, the videoclip of 'Guilty Night' and some random fan drawings towards the end. Not really new stuff but it's a very long episode (57 mn!) so no complains allowed :P

10th of August 1984.

The Los Angeles summer olympics games were running wild, people were listening to the Ghostbusters theme song, or fighting in the Iran-Irak war, in Lebanon, etc. In Japan you could watch on TV some nice anime series like Urusei Yatsura or Dr Slump, go on cinemas to enjoy Nausicaa or Macross: Do You Remember Love, buy on your local adult store the very first OVA of Cream Lemon. These were the good times. :D

So yeah, the series is just 30 year old. Back in 2014, #lamonae@irc.rizon.net makes a landmark release with not one, but TWO episodes. It also puts a end to the "Shin Cream Lemon" sub-series. Of course we wanted to release on the same day as in 1984, but we go some unexpected delay in the last stages of fansubbing. Sorry for that lol. Anyway what is the lineup?

In episode 24 'Etude II: Early Spring Concerto' Yurika's story continue from episode 20, with a bit more adventures as summer also kicks in. The return from a not-so-far relative of her is the main event here.

Episode 25 'After School XXX' is the second contribution from mangaka Moriyama Tou after 'Fifth Period Venus' (episode 17). Title tells it all. Asuka is getting blackmailed (Moriyama Tou loves that somehow :o) by a masked gang and has to do some 'extra' activities after school is over. She is getting help from the two main girls of 'Fifth Period Venus', but they also want their reward...

What more to say, if not CELEBRATION!

Happy birthday adult animation!!!

Most of the fans did not probably put this date on their agenda, but this is true that the very first adult animation was released 30 years ago. That was the first episode of "Lolita Anime" for the record, released 21.02.1984 on VHS and Betamax formats, in Japan of course. Cream Lemon first came out in July of the same year. So let's celebrate with another masterpiece of that era! :D

Sea, sex and sun. This would probably summarize pretty much today's release. The time: summer. The place: a beach. The protagonists: You (not you, You! :p) and Mina. The plot: a summer romance, in which both partners are keeping secrets about the reason to be in that very place.

Very nice animation and tear-inducing ending, I won't spoil more, and hope you (not You, you :p) will enjoy the show.

On a technical note the episode director was Ide Yasunori, who later contributed to anime titles like Burn Up, the second Silent Mobius movie, D4 Princess or Onegai Teacher (the last title being of much importance to our team leader :o).
